Cake cracked and collapsed one one side

Terribly disappointed with this cake. I specifically asked for an early delivery but It arrived 4 hours late after the party had started! The cake arrived at 5pm for a 1pm event - I had no desert to offer guests and I got no real answers from support who promised the cake would arrive by 1 at latest!

To make matters worse the cake was cracked all around it, it arrived in a disgusting condition - half the cake caved in on one side - I was horrified especially after paying 1000 for a cake - the condition of the cake was honestly shocking and disgusting - very unprofessional and it was a total waste of my time and money, left me feeling horribly embarrassed. The cake had collapsed to one side, and was cracked all around it - the company could offer no explanation for such poor service! Total waste of money and disappointing to say the least
