Bad customer and delivery service.

Ah, never mind me ordering a cake online, having it delivered at 7pm melted, not being able to keep track of my delivery and being up this businesses neck about a refund. The customer service is puterate. Let's do better? Many people go through reviews before ordering anything, and I happened to be one of those people and saw many beautiful reviews, but still had the worst experience and ruined my mother's day.
