21st Birthday Cake Disappointment

I was looking for a custom birthday cake for my sister's 21st birthday party on the 3rd December 2017 . I completed, the contact form on Oh My Cake's website on the 8th November 2017. I received a response, on the 10th November from Cynthia suggesting, that they could make their famous drip cake. I responded on the same day with ideas I had in mind and included pictures. I received no response to this email and, I called numerous times to follow up and I was told that I would receive a quote soon. I eventually went to the shop at Cedar Square to find out what was happening since they said they needed a week to make the cake and it was now a week before the birthday party and still no word from them. I went to the shop with my colleague and I discussed with them the cake I wanted in terms of color etc. The quote was sent to me on the Friday and I paid on the Monday the 27th November 2017. The cake I saw on the Sunday was nothing like what we agreed upon. The cake wasn't dusty pink it was a mixture of purple and grey and looked a lot smaller then what I had seen at the store. I specifically said I didn't want a button and they included a button. The cake was suppose to have macrons and fresh flowers. The cake has only fresh flowers and one macaroon which was white instead of a dark pink. The staff at the store suggested the use of fresh flowers and they should have indicated that if the party isn't on the same day as when the cake is ready, you must expect the flowers to droop. I called on Monday the 4th December 2017 to let them know of my grievances and I have received NO FEEDBACK/ CALL and I have had to constantly call the whole week regarding my complaint.
