Bad service

I have placed a order on oh la la website and made a payment on 22/08/2025 at 11:00 the owner doesn't answer emails or messages, I didn't get a tracking number there is no feedback from this business. She has time to advertise new products on tiktok but she doesn't send out orders that are paid
