Worthless guarantee from O'Grady's Paint

O Grady's Paint boast the fact that they have certified applicators of their product. Before my paint job was started I contacted O'Grady's and requested confirmation that the contractor was certified by them which was confirmed , I then requested a technical representative check before paint is app**** such that if a problem occurred it could not be disputed. O' Grady's apparently have one technical expert who I contacted by was not well at the time my job was started. He only attended the site when I pushed for assistance and gave a very inconclusive report , which generally did not address much. Some 3 months after the job was completed I am left with various colour differences in what should be the same could , paint bubbling and delamination of paint. I have contacted O'Grady's , the retailer and contractor with no response from anyone. May I suggest anyone looking to use O'Grady's Paint be very careful .
