O'Grady's lack of solving colour problem

We bought around R14 000 worth of paint from O'Grady's Middelburg. When we started painting our walls we noticed that the colour was completely different than the previous paint we bought (same colour). I contacted them and requested that they mixed the paint to the right colour and consistency. They did remix and when we went back to pick up the paint and app**** to our walls there was still a significant difference. When the walls become wet because of morning dew, the paint looks like is starting to run. Even when it dries up you can still see the running marks. What a disappointment!! What ignorance and bad service when the people working there does not bother to check and see that the paint is the same colour. I will never do business with them again!!! It does not help to go back...................................
