Won something but no reply

I am so angry.. <br> I got an phone call from a lady, Dani Meneghin, to state that i have won a competition with KFC Box-It. She took down my details and said that she will send my all the details. I received the call on the 17th June 2015. Waited 2 day's, called the number back and she said that they will send it. And i call her 2-3 times a week to follow up. Same excuse that they will send it, best excuse is that they are having difficulties with there system, but it will be send out still. Till today i am still waiting. I have never had such ******** excuse. How long must i wait to get my voucher? I have emailed her 2 times to ask her what's going on, but with no reply. I would like my prize please. Dani works in the KFC department. Please i would like this to be sorted out. Looks like i am the QUEEN of getting all the bad stuff everywhere!!
