Highly disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed. I purchased a pizza from this store and found what looks like a piece of wood or a sharp foreign object baked into it. This is very concerning, especially considering my children were eating it — it could have caused serious injury. I immediately contacted the store and was told that the manager/boss would call me back. It has now been a week and I have received no follow-up at all. The lack of urgency and accountability is just as worrying as the object itself. Food safety should be a top priority. I hope the store takes this seriously and improves their quality control before someone gets hurt.
