No customer service

<p>I phoned them a month ago, we installed a pool cover last year. struggling to hook the cover into its clips. after struggling again this winter decided that we paid a lot of money to keep my children safe and we are not suppose to struggle like this. one of the guys came out to have a look at the cover even took photos and said he will come back to me. after a week I phoned and he will come back to me. phoned again and they will give the guy who's name I do not have will get the message and come back. 2 weeks ago I phoned again and their was no record of me calling complaining and not even that someone came out to my house. I only need them to tell me what will they do to fix their problem that's now mine and this cover is safer off than on now. if they only make the hooks longer or something but they are fast to quote and come out for money paid but no after sale service.</p>
