*******, rude and unwilling to help

I bought 2 batteries and both batteries gave me trouble. The first battery wasn't even a year old and it gave in, the second battery now also not even a year old and busy to give in now. I took my car in and when I arrived at OFS Batteries I gave them the slips and told them what was wrong. But because of me being a Woman I'm stupid and I don't know what I'm talking about. They weren't willing to help me, nor listen to what the problem was. They didn't even had the correct tools to take the terminal off of the battery. The service is poor and by the looks of it they sell products thats defective and old. I really recommend not to support this shop.
