happy with the chair

I was happy with the service received: how quickly my questions (via email) were answered, and the fast turn-around from my order & payment till the chair was ready.

What was disappointing was the price increase between seeing the chair on Wednesday 11 October (price quoted for Xenon chair R1 800) and price advised on Wednesday 25 October was R2 084, which is an increase of more than 15% (We unfortunately had a price increase and the prices will be as follows: • Xenon Highback with Headrest in balck , blue or Burghandy Finish – R2394.00 Excl Vat • Xenon Midback in black blue or burghandy finish – R2084.00 Excl vat)
