No response / updates on order placed 3 months Ago

We have a credit with this company from the initial order which we placed for staff T shirts on the 23rd May we inquired of the balance and wanted to order more gear for new staff which we were told they have no stock at the time but will receive by end July ....

They do not keep you updated you must follow up yourself and as such we did and we were told stock has arrived and still unpacking....believe it or not they are still unpacking now and they reverted to ignoring our emails seeking updates
