Officecart online business with no support or conscience

<p>Purchased a Siemens A540IP Cordless and Landline Phone online on the 9th Oct, 2017, this was a very pleasant and professional experience, the payment &amp; delivery was also very efficient, arriving the new day. The handset ceased to work 10 day's later,. Despite numerous emails and telephonic attempts to have the handset replaced or to refund, to date, I have had no positive action. This online concern has a wonderful shield, it is impossible to communicate via their online website or on their advertised telephone line (so called support). I have had one email at an attempt to appease and another on-line notification of a swop-out, but to date, I have had no response or action. I will definitely not encourage any clients or friends to deal with these ********* online suppliers, such a shame that we have to have this ************ experience, shaming online trading.</p>
