Pathetic

The most unprofessional service I have ever received I called Friday morning the 20/03/2020 to find out if they hand sanitizer in stock I was told by carol yes they did I placed an order for 3 after which I got a quote to pay for I did the payment and sent through pop I then get a email to bear with them as stock is not there yet so why tell me you had it in stock after which I call them and then been treated like an irritation because I want my product It’s Tuesday they still don’t have stock and when I email them they tell me I’m not the only person in the world and I must be patient I have asked them on numerous occasions from yesterday to refund my money and they will not do so

I want my money back now this is the worst services I have ever had to deal with they just refuse to answer you on WhatsApp or email and when you do get an email it’s disgusting You are now *****ing from me!
