They are toothless

<p>By e-filling profile was hacked dome filled on my behalf n even changed the banking details. SARS allowed the ********* to change my banking details without verifying or requesting the documentation as they should. After exhausting all avenues with SARS I brought the matter to the office office the tax ombudsman last year in June. They ruled that SARS must allow me to refile n pay me the money. I filled in April n I was told that it takes 21days for the process to finalised. Two months later I contacted the office of the tax ombudsman to inform them that SARS still haven't paid me. Every time I follow up I get told that they r still waiting for SARS. I mean it's been 14months since if first brought this matter to their attention.</p>
