Tax ombudsman another useless Government institutions

I complained to the Tax Ombudsman who only passed my complaint on to SARS and further did nothing. My understanding from the purpose of the ombudsman is that they eventually have to decide whether I have a valid complaint or not. Like most Government institutions they fail to perform what they are supposed to do.
