SARS and their incompetency

Is it even worth the effort to write a review about a South African government institution?? They have SLA upon SLA’ and not adhering to any of them! I live in Australia and have “financially emigrated “ more than 5 years ago. Trying to get my RA out has been an absolute nightmare and challenge! Old Mutual submitted al my documents on 13Dec for a tax directive with a 21 day SLA. Nothing happened. Submitted an escalation with another 21 day SLA. Nothing happened! When submitting a complaint to the Tax Ombudsman we were advised that we have to wait another 21 days till they can step in! Then people still ask why we left!? It has been 3 months SARS! Take my money and just get it done with!! And give me what I have worked for for more than 30 years!!
