Office of tax ombudsman not helpful

The office is not helpful at all. They have told me to follow the dispute resolution process which has failed me many times. I tried again in vain and when I tell the ombudsman they just ignore me.

Mr Reason Dube from the tax ombudsman kindly explained the process to me and has made his office available if I do not come right with SARS.
