Office London – Extremely Disappointing Customer Service

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Office London and will not be shopping there again. I received a gift and needed to exchange it for a different item. The staff at the East Rand branch assisted with the exchange and provided me with an exchange slip. Unfortunately, the replacement item was too small, so I returned to exchange it again. Despite having the valid exchange slip that they had issued, I was informed that they could not process the exchange. What makes this even more disappointing is that there was no price difference between the items, yet no effort was made to resolve the matter. The inconsistency in the exchange process and lack of customer-focused service resulted in an extremely poor customer experience. To make matters worse, their systems seem outdated. Customers are unable to use vouchers or gift cards for online purchases, which is a major inconvenience in today's retail environment. Overall, this was one of the worst retail experiences I have had. I expected a far better level of service and flexibility, especially when following the exchange process provided by the store itself. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no confidence in the brand, and it will be the last time I shop at Office London.
