Most Unreliable Transport Company

We moved from JHB to CT end of November 2023. The service we received from this company was SHOCKING, the worst I've ever experienced from a Transport company, and I've dealt with a few in my life. Not only did they not stick to time lines, but they "lost" our brand new Washing Machine and Big Flat screen TV, with lots of different stories every time we enquired about an update, lies after lies, only to find out after 3 months, that it wasn't lost, but in fact delivered at another address, and that it would stay there, until they had paid off this other ladies furniture that they lost. We had to pay extra to get other people involved to retrieve our goods. They said they had Insurance, which they don't!! So, if your goods are missing, they don't have Insurance to Cover the Loss. Please DON'T use them if you are moving, they ARE NOT RELIABLE!! They also said that the furniture would be covered with blankets, which it was not, so the furniture we did receive were scratched.
