****** of my hotel bookings

Bad bad and ********** behaviour by staff. I'm a member over 20years loyal to the club only went out one in 2010. I have booked reservation with a planner which was excellent booking and forwarded an email to make payment on the 16/02/2021. To my surprise an Indian guy called me yesterday putting me under pressure as when will I make payment . He sent a proforma invoice late on the 16th. The scenario here is it's specified that within 48 hours payment should be made to reserve the booking. Still waiting for other finances to be cleared will pay on17/02/2021 ,magine I'm stressed I just lost brother in law in the early hours and the confirmation from UCT for student admission. Offbeat or First group employee called to interrogate me of payment in a 24hours bases. He went saying they don't have time I'd I'm still waiting for UCT to confirm by next he cancelling my reservation. Please help I have forwarded proof of payment from yesterday at 23:09 and the EFT e-mailed this morning at 07:47. I'm stranded I need to be in Riviera Suite by 28th because the child is needed by the 1st of March 2021. I have made calls spoke to Phionah Khubuse who promised to assist and involve the supervisor. Again until 14:00 no response from Offbeat / Firstgroup personnel to intervene on this abuse which I'm facing. Bus tickets are bought still waiting for accommodation. Hello Peter please assist me because I trusted this club for accommodation as the it seems someone has ****** me by cancelling my reservation before 48hours. I want to be placed as I have booked.
