BAD SERVICE OR RATHER NO SERVICE
We are members of the Off Beat Holiday Club. I have been trying since 3/1/2019 to get hold of the vacation club via email and telephone. When I call them on tel no ********** / ********** the phone just rings or the voice recording says please hold for the next consultant and then the phone is dropped in a persons ear. I am so annoyed as we are paying for a service without any collaboration. We want to book a holiday. Your service sux! If this is how you treat your members we are definitely going to cancel our membership.
