Very poor service from OEG Electrical

If you ever need assistance regarding electrical appliances/parts, don't waste your time with OEG Electrical. They tell you to whatsapp them a picture of the part/s that you need, and, despite numerous requests for some feedback, no-one bothers to come back to you with any kind of response.. Telephonic follow-up requests are no help either.
