Run away before it is to late

Can we rate them lower than one. Trying to work with them to create link between Odyssey and Xero for 6 months now (after they said yes it is a quick link). They do not return calls, do not want meetings so that we can explain to them what is wrong. Not allowed to speak to technicians, only front desk, and they have NO CLUE. Things takes weeks everytime you have a request, and it is then still incorrectly done.
