Banking and employment system not working so great for investments, savings and expenditure

The banking services still do not work and I am being redirected to withdraw money from thin air without the technology in existance. Also without the correct laws like the act oblivious act is in full affect but doesnt seem to be public information. And fees which are on everything should be paid through any type of job whether service worst job immaginable and or immpossible to get best job immanginable. And every job seems to be an application into a unknown team of people instead of independent work. So its a bit of a long term problem
