Quite simply a ****
I'm currently in a very disappointing experience with this company. Before authorising the tow, I specifically asked Hugo, the tow truck driver, whether I would be responsible for any costs. He assured me that the at-fault driver's insurance would cover everything and that there would be be no additional fees payable by me. I even told him that if there were any costs involved, I would rather have my own towing company take my vehicle back to my residence. He again assured me that I would not have to pay anything. Since then, I've been told that I somehow owe the company approximately R4,000 in towing and storage fees that were never disclosed to me beforehand. Had I been given accurate information from the outset, I would never have authorised the tow and would have made my own arrangements. To make matters worse, every time I contact the company, Arlene, the receptionist, tells me that she cannot deal with the matter. However, she also refuses to provide me with the contact details of management or anyone with the authority to resolve the issue. Instead, I'm left going in circles with no clear answers or resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would strongly advise anyone using their services to get every promise regarding costs in writing before authorising a tow.

I submitted my claim with Outsurance on their App
I submitted my claim with Outsurance on their App. Within an hour of submitting my claim I received a call from Odendal Breakdown to inform me that they are on their way to come collect my car..the gentleman was very friendly and answered all my questions. I reassured me that everything will be ok which eventually was the case.

I submitted my claim with Outsurance on their App. Within an hour of submitting my claim I received a call from Odendal Breakdown to inform me that they are on their way to come collect my car..the gentleman was very friendly and answered all my questions. I reassured me that everything will be ok which eventually was the case.
