Ode to NO service

I came into your Paarden Eiland offices on Friday 12 Feb and requested a quotation for a customised L-shaped floting desk, shelf and box. The quotation is for a client who resides in Century City. Christa, your so called sales manager, was not available so the young lady at the front desk took down the information and I also handed her a picture of the desk etc which my client wanted. We were expecting to receive the quotation by the following Monday / Tuesday latest. <br> <br> I had heard nothing from your organisation at all last week and decded to do a follow up call last Friday, 19 Feb, to enquire where my quotation was. Christa answered the phone and apologised for not getting back to me as she had a few questions. She also claimed that my cellphone number had been taken down incorrectly (I sincerely doubt that now). Despite having mine and my client's email addresses, she made no attempt to contact us.After answering all her questions she asseured me that we would receive an emailed quotation Monday 22/2 or latest Tuesday 23/2 and that she would also phone me to confirm receipt. <br> <br> I received no email or phone call and had to deal with a rather annoyed client on Tuesday evening.
