No response to my outstanding amount I want to settle

I am writing this apalled to the service Iemas and Odbb (their attorney's) I am receiving. I requested to to settle my outstanding amount that I owe Iemas to settle since 27th July 2017. I have been trying to pay this money since last year and have never skipped a month when I started paying. They then gave me a statement of more than I had expected as I had requested my statement in March 2017 and they gave me one, but the recent one they sent to me in July 2017"updated" one was more than the one I had received in March which I did not understand and tried to query as I had been paying monthly but i am still waiting for a response till now. This outstanding money goes with interest and I will be the one having to carry interest with their delays. They are sending me back and forth. I have involved my lawyer but it is still the same thing and they are not picking up my lawyers calls now.My lawyer has been trying both Tebogo Masango from Iemas and Mahlodi Phokanoka (a PA to Gideon Oosthuizen from Odbb attorneys) but no luck,they actually say different stories. Gideon was also sent emails and shows he has read them but no response whatsoever. He is not even available telephonically,in meetings. I really need to pay this up and move on with my life. Is that too much to ask for??? I just want clarity on how much I need to settle. I'm sure they would not like that to be done on them. I mean the longer they drag this,the more I have to pay. The least they can do and tell me that so I can get rid of them because clearly they do not want anything to do with me. Please help
