Poor communication
Took me sometime to finally decide to post such. Studying with Octomate has been a bliss. No hustles. But right now my position at work is at stake. Bwwn awaiting my NCA Card since May 26. When i paid the delivery fee wnd of April. I waa advised this will only take 2 weeks. Been following up. I understand they rely on 3rd party to send the card. Problem ia I do not have any business with this 3rd party. I can't address this complaint to them but to the institution i registered with. I got certificate however bank require the card for me to be added on the system. It all seems like im lying. I was advised i will get it latest Monday. That was yesterday. Guess we using different calendars because monday came and passed. Stupid me advised my manager of this. Im quite perplexed and dumb struck. I so nor know how else to follow up.
