Octogen debt review horrible service

I would just like to share my horrible experience I am having with Octogen debt review , almost 6 years ago or more we have app**** for debt review we went through the process paid their handsome admin fee which came to almost 3k the first 3 months went ok after that our creditors started phoning us that either our monthly installments weren't paid or they were to little and that we paid to Octogen almost 3k as well a month , I've contacted the agent that signed us up Gretna she wasn't any help , I phoned headoffice after weeks of being given the runaround we decided to block Octogen from our money and pay our own debt which we shouldve done in the first place , with no help from them we had no choice it's over 6 years now i recently contacted them again to have my debt status removed it's been almost 2 weeks now still that ******* service Octogen takes your money and forget about you , please do not be fooled by them they not there to help you only themselves utterly disgusted
