Complain

I was under dept review for 3 years with Octagen been my councilors.The first time in february 2015 ,i contact my local branch for information on my acount.As 2015 was the last year of being under dept review as the consultant told me at the start of the agreement.I ask for a statement as to see how much i still own on creditors.thats where my nightmare started.No one can give me any clarity on my accounts,and i have not heard from them since.Now i am paying creditors and the amounts are still the same as i started at Octagen.I was suposed to take of dept review and it still reflecs that i am under administration.I need my name to be cleared immediatly from Octagen.
