Non refund on deposit paid for accomodation that the establishment cancelled

<div>I booked my December holiday on the13th of November 2019, received confirmation and banking details for deposit. Paid deposit of R20 000,00 on the 14th of November 2019. 3rd of December she cancelled my booking and ask for my banking details for refund payment. I have been communicating with Delia at *** and *** with no success. to date there is still no payment. She says she is busy she cant find time. I have referred the matter to lawyers. Please be careful with this establishment unless you want to be ****** of your hard earned cash. Be warned </div>
