Non-Delivery of goods

I have ordered from this company and have not received anything. Their phone is always not answered the person at the extension is never available. I have send emails and the first response was that the order will be delivered. After yet again me sending email the second email was apologising for the late delivery and promised to deliver but I still did not receive anything.
