Terrible Service, stay away people!

<p>Booked accommodation online at Oceansnest Cape town , through Agoda. Got confirmation from Agoda, once I paid in full.</p> <p>On arrival at Oceansnest, after driving up from Johannesburg, we were frankly told that there is no place for us. </p> <p>No refund and I only get to talk to a machine and leave messages after holding for a half an hour on Agoda's office line.</p> <p>This is the worst service I have ever had.....and still no place to stay!</p>
