never to visit oceans restaurant again

It was our friend's 21st birthday and we decided to try a new restaurant to dine in. We chose the Oceans restaurant and cafe in suncoast casino and entertainment center in Durban. Behind the pleasing decor and relatively good live one-man band was some of the most horrible food I have ever eaten. A meaty platter that costs an alarming R180 was served to us cold and without cutlery. The portions were also ridiculously small for that amount of money. We also ordered a seafood platter which wasn't only an unsatisfactory portion but which also tasted ghastly. The fish itself was soggy and extremely oily. When we arrived the table wasn't wiped and stayed that way despite asking a waitress to have it cleaned before we ate. To fetch a glass of water took no less than 20 minutes, and when asked for a teas**** (we did have to actually ask for cutlery) the waiter rep**** \it's going to take me so long to get it
