School failing parents.

The grade 1 teacher was ignored my messages when I asked about my childs homework, when I called to find out whats happening, she told me she has no comment and that if I have an issue I should call the office, and told me this is the reason she does not like dealing with parents. I have tried countless times to reach the principal, everyone just said they cannot give me his number and that they will get someone to call me back. I am unable to go to the school, I will have to take my time of work to go there in person as I am getting no joy over the phone. The Oceans private school in Midrand is unable to hear me out on what issues I have with the teacher, how do I know my child will not be victimized?
