Poor management

I am not quite happy the way how Oceans private school run the school,

Last week on Thursday the called my kids out of the class telling them that they have not paid as if they're the ones who are responsibility for the school fees and all,when that rude lady by the name of Patience called me with ma kids already in hre office and told me that ma kids have not paid,

I tried to be as cool as possible but she was so rude and telling me that the way i pay does not work for them,i said mam hold on a minute and liste to me,she went on and on and say if i cant afford the school fees I might as well take ma kids out of the school.

I said mam the way you talk to me and do all that to ma kids without consulting me as the parent and as someone who's paying the school fees m not quite impressed,

on the next day their mother had to go to school with a proof of payment since we always pay on the 25th to 27th for the new month already.

I even said to her you are treating my kids like that cuz they are Zulu from KZN and yeas it really affects me and ma kids, I asked if she did apologize to ma kids as there was no need to apologize to me but to ma kids as she took their confidence and made them a laughing stock in a school as their parents can not afford..

I a so disappointed to that school nxah

I really want the school to apologize to my kids for what they did or maybe i must take this matter to my lawyer.
