UNAUTHORISED PARKING USE!

I have found that many unauthorised people use the paraplegic & moms PARKING! I have reported this to the management and security - and they say theres nothing they can do! I have the need to use the paraplegic and moms/tots parking - and on many occasions - the paring spaces allocated for this - is taken up by non eligable users! Security and Management - useless!
