Refund not reflecting

Had an issue with a projector. First one overheated and kept switching off Second one had a black spot and wasn't focusing properly from far Instead of a third trip to Umhlanga (from Pietermaritzburg) I had opted for a refund

On Sunday 28th April 2024, I was told my payment was done, as of 02nd May 2024, no such payment has reflected.
