Highly unprofessional

<p>First night of staying in the oceans hotel and at 11:30pm people across were extremely loud Laughing and shouting and clapping. I phoned to complain and the receptionist said she'd be there to sort it out. I waited a long while and she never came... I phoned again stating that I'm phoning because there are more people making a louder noise because I am trying to sleep. The receptionist sighed on the phone to my answer in an irritable way and said that she will sort it out again which was said in a rude and sarcastic way. She then came with security told people across from us and also indicated that it was us complaing which caused them to laugh at us. I stood by the window watching... she then walked to the door then turned the other direction to head back to the office and said something that included "hulle sal ons weer bal" and i never heard after. Can't wait to leave in the morning. Extremely unprofessional and extremely rude receptionist. </p>
