Appalling service!!!

I bought the oceans scheme shares and now wants to sell them since they’re no long administered by computershare. I have completed all their paperwork on the 15 March to date they have not paid my money. Brian Mpono who I was told to send paperwork to now does not answer my calls and keeps changing stories on when payment will be done.
