Occeans 22 Umhlanga (Total Garage)

I have been buying at oceans 22 umhlanga from 2018 as I work close to the total garrage that the shop is located at. I have been purchasing meals for me ,my family and colleagues at work which I have highly recommended them to .. I was truly surprised when I purchased my meal on the 17 march 2020 and found two types of hair in my food ,I immediately called the shop and was assisted by a lady named Desree she said her managers was out and will call me back as soon as she comes back . When the manager arrived (natasha) I realized I had a bad experience with her at some point at the same shop (Oceans 22) where by she tried accusing me of taking a R5 from the counter in which she initially never gave me, so I explained to Natasha I would like to rather speak to the owner of the shop due to our experience.

Today is the 20 March 2020 and still no contact has been made with me I'm not looking for anything free from this take out neither did I want to put them on social media but during this time that we are experiencing all these Viruses I would expect a shop like this to take extra precaution as we the consumer is at risk . Now to the owner of Occeans 22 at total garage umhlanga if you had called me which was the right thing to do I would not have put this out but during such an outbreak in our country I truly dont believe in ignoring hygiene at this level .
