On 30 December 2015 we contracted with Edward Cosmos of Oceanic Industrial Trading (Pty) Ltd to purchase and have a used shipping container delivered. A deposit payment of 30% of the value was made, with the balance due upon delivery. This included a fee of R2000 for delivery, which the seller agreed to execute. After the deposit was paid, things started going wrong, and the delivery date of 31 December 2015, as agreed with Edward Cosmos, was missed. Excuses offered included that the CEO of Oceanic Industrial Trading was negotiating insurance with the courier company, to the truck that has been scheduled to do the delivery being in for service. We cancelled the order. Edward Cosmos undertook to ensure that delivery took place on Monday 4 January 2016. On that day, he informed us that we shall be contacted by the courier company, and that we shall be required to comply with their demands to effect delivery. This courier company, INDUSTRIAL COURIER DEPARTMENT, demanded a R6000 \Insurance fee". We reiterated that the order has been cancelled. The bank account used by Edward Cosmos to run this **** is Nedbank"
