Terrible customer services!!!!!!

I bought 3x 400 g lucky star tin fish at Shoprite in Durban Smith Street on 1 May 2018 and I opened 1 tin to cook........the fish inside was routine and the smell comes out of the tin was terrible and I opened the 2nd tin same story happened even the 3rd tin, I phoned Shoprite to complain I spoke to Tanya manager of Shoprite, she told me to call the Lucky star consumers on this number ********** 500 of wish I did, the number rang one way until voicemail and I left messages for them to call me, even today no one called ....... please call me as soon as possible because I want my money back, my contact number is ********** 405
