Satisfied customer good customer service lucky star

I am Anil Ratheepaul,,I recently purchase 2x lucky star tin fish I was not satisfied with the product so I sent an email to the company. I was surprised at how good they responded and dealt with my problem. The company apologised for the mishap and also sent me a voucher for their products. The customer service was good and very professional , I can say I am a satisfied customer and happy that the company was so professional and understanding well done keep up the good work.
