Prompt response and informational

I have send the Lucky Star a concern regarding the recall of the pilchards because it was a concern to me, there were white things inside the can, so I took photos and send to them, their response and investigation was prompt. And they explained that I should not worry as their product are healthy to consume. Those white substances inside the can were the fish eggs, and they explained the process to me. I was so impressed of how quickly they responded to me. It shows that they take their customer's concerns very serious.
