No communication about my prize

Im so so disappointed in Lucky Star. The launched a competition called the taste of home. I entered then on the 16th September they inboxed me and said i won R2000 shopping voucher and asked for all my details including delivery address . I sent everything as requested. They rep**** and said they will be in contact. 2 October i asked them nicely when i should accept the voucher they read my inbox and ignore me. Yesterday 7 October i sent them question marks they also read and ignored me. I mean why have a competition and promise a prize to someone then never respond to a simple question. As a big lucky star fan im so disappointed.
