no acknowledgement

I emailed Lucky star to complain about a can of pilchards that I purchased. But guess i didn't even get an acknowledgement or that you're going to look into it. Guys, I buy pilchards every month, this time I purchased upon opening and cleaning the fish which we do, we find the one fish looking horrible! the insides were still there and looking all green and gooey and just horrible. Needless to say we didn't eat it. I wanted to bring it to their attention but damn guys I've given time to respond but absolutely nothing. I am so disappointed in a brand that I trust.
