Worst service ever. *********** technician who told us that the issue was easily resolvable, and after he had replaced a whole lot of components, charged us over R2000. He said it would work perfectly after that. Fridge was still not working after that, consulted the owner to come back and fix it as there is a 12 month guarantee. Technician came back and told us it was a faulty rusted pipe that needed to be replaced as gas was leaking from there. He changed that and still the fridge was not working. Phoned again and was told that the owner and technician would come to fix the fridge. They didn't show up. Putting down the phone on me every time I call, and now that i have threatened them with legal action are responding over email trying to change the story. Very ***** people, they just drop the technician off and pick him up again. These people are a ****. Do not use them for any refrigeration repairs as they will just take your money and leave you hanging, with no money and a broken fridge. if you are looking for fridge repairs do not contact this business!
