Very bad service at Ocean View Mtwalume, Durban South Beach

People, i would like to warn you about Ocean View Mtwalume, self catering appartments in Durban South Beach. Firstly, safety is exceptionally poor, cleaners there cleaned my room and left it unlocked the whole day deliberately because i did not leave the key to the appartment when i left (and this is bizzaar since i am not even suppose to leave it according to Brad-the administrator). On that day we had tablets, cell phones, money, bank cards and drivers licences since we were swimming that day. Secondly, the place is open in that it does not have an entrace gate, and we discovered this when we arrived. Thridly, the following day after complaining about safety, we arrived at our room at 19:00 and found our not cleaned at all. We complained again about this and deciced to end our trip 2 days earlier than planned. We then requested a refund on the balance of days we did not use and were told that it would be processed at thier convinient time and they dont know when that will be, said Brad, and 5 days later i still dont have my refund (its not even processed), i spoke to Brad about this and he insist he does not know when he will refund since he is now busy but has time to process new entrants. Ocean View Mtwalume insist on full payment before you move into appartment, clearly they dont plan refunding you any cent for early check out if unhappy their ****py service. I have learned to always go for the tried and tested hotels instead of cheap thrills. Watch out for Ocean View Mtwalume and Brad's false promises when adversting the place or on refunds. Brad uses the two mumbers for his bussiness ********** / ********** 567, please watch out lest you lose your money and spoil your holiday.
